Batam F2F Townhall

It has been about two and a half years since the last visit to BTC (Batam Technology Center) before the Covid lockdown. With a bit of quarantine fatigue, it is great to come back when things open up again. Two days’ town hall and activities are fun and many new faces to talk to. Love the young vibe and the energy. We have had a pretty strong community in the BTC now and it is fast growing. Community-building is the heart of employee engagement across all of our three centers.

We welcome talented engineers to join the team to reshape the workplace and make it a happy place for all.
